convenient stay near the metro
friendly staff italian breakfast secured parking
the staff was friendly. the breakfast was great with an italian touch. there was secured underground parking available, a real plus for me.
i noticed that the pre-authorization wasn't released promptly after i checked out. i had to contact them a few times about it.

helpful staff connecting rooms small room overpriced restaurant
the front desk staff was helpful! they provided connecting rooms for my family. the hotel is also very close to the metro.
The room was quite small. it barely fit one person. the restaurant seemed overpriced. I would have liked complimentary water in the room.

excellent accommodation helpful staff meeting room friendly people
i stayed for two nights and found the accommodations excellent. the staff was helpful when i needed a meeting room for a webinar. valentina parisi and the team arranged it without extra charge. this hotel features friendly people, and i would definitely stay again.
The air conditioning wasn't working. The reception suggested opening windows. traffic noise made it difficult to sleep. apparently, air conditioning is only available during summer months, but the weather was very hot.

great choices efficient housekeeping amazing location
the breakfast had great choices i enjoyed the efficient housekeeping services daily i found it essentially directly opposite to the subway station that took me to the center quickly the location was amazing
the gym was not accessible with my room card i would have needed a separate key

warm welcome comfortable bed easy access
The hotel staff offered a very warm welcome. The room included all necessary amenities. The metro station being right outside made city access easy. Breakfast offered a sufficient selection.
The gate access was not always immediate, a phone call was necessary for entry. It felt more like entering a fortress than a hotel. This process added a layer of inconvenience. I would like faster access.
